What a Partner is
Independent, per project
You're engaged project by project as an independent contractor — no fixed hours, no obligation on either side to offer or take work.
Held to a senior standard
Everything ships to a client's production. Work is senior-owned and reviewed, so what we hand back is clean and the client trusts it.
Paid from real revenue
You're paid from money the studio actually collects, after the client pays. Honest and simple: no client, no pay — and no advances that put the studio at risk.
Yours to leave, yours to grow
Being listed on the site is optional. You can bring your own clients, and the more you deliver and source, the more you earn.
How the money works
Every project's fee splits three ways — and the people who do the work earn the most.
Take the client fee, minus taxes and payment fees. What's left is split before the project starts, written down so everyone knows their number:
Origination
A finder's share for whoever brought the client. Source your own client and this is yours.
The studio
A small platform margin — the brand, the contracts, invoicing, and owning quality end to end.
Delivery
The largest share, split among the people who actually build it, by agreed effort.
Source a client and deliver it yourself, and you earn both — the large majority of the fee. Your exact rate is set by seniority and written into your Partner Agreement. Projects are matched on fit, never a lowest-bid auction — you'll never have to underbid a peer to win work.

Partners come from two places: engineers I trained at Rest Coders Academy — where my engineering standard is baked in — and proven ex-colleagues who are production-tested from day one. Trained engineers grow on a clear ladder:

- Your rate is set by seniority and agreed once, up front — not haggled per project.
- Paid from real revenue within 14 days of the client paying — we only pay out what we've collected.
- Opportunity is earned and optional — this is a way to work, never something you pay for.
